An evening of Native style music in beloved Franklin Canyon Park introduced me to HAND DRUMS. The sound of a well tuned drum resonates in the chambers of our heart. Combine that with the beautifully portrayed soul of a wild and free animal, and you've got a symphony. The native indians knew that well, they were very aware of the depth of the animal spirit, reflected in their totems.

Music is the fruit of an inspired, lively soul...becoming one with one's instrument, voice and vibrations. Sound can be made mechanically, technically, without being inspired but that lacks the dimension of creation that makes energy waves form intricate patterns within our brain waves, taking us to a sublime place.
